  1. Free cancellation up to 7 days before tee time.
  2. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to 100% cancellation charge.
  3. No-show will result in no refund.
  4. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds may be issued if the golf course cancels due to maintenance or weather.
  2. Special circumstances such as illness or flight delays require supporting documents.
  3. Refund approval depends on golf course policy.
  4. Processing time is normally 7–14 business days.
  5. Bank charges or transfer fees may be deducted.

Golf Booking Process

  1. Step 1 - Select Golf Course and Date - Choose your preferred golf course and playing date.
  2. Step 2 - Submit Booking Request - Send us your booking request through the website or your preferred contact channel.
  3. Step 3 - Availability Check with Golf Course - We check the requested tee time directly with the golf course.
  4. Step 4 - Receive Booking Confirmation and Payment Details - Once availability is confirmed, we send you the booking confirmation and payment instructions.
  5. Step 5 - Make Payment - Complete the payment to secure your booking.
  6. Step 6 - Receive Final Booking Confirmation - After payment is received, we issue your final booking confirmation voucher.
