Refunds may be issued if the golf course cancels due to maintenance or weather.
Special circumstances such as illness or flight delays require supporting documents.
Refund approval depends on golf course policy.
Processing time is normally 7–14 business days.
Bank charges or transfer fees may be deducted.
Booking Amendment Policy
Any request to change the playing date or tee time must be submitted at least 3 days before the scheduled tee time and is subject to golf course availability and approval.
Changes requested within 3 days before tee time will not be accepted. The original booking will be non-refundable, and any new arrangement will be treated as a new booking subject to the prevailing rates and availability at the time of reconfirmation.
Golf Booking Process
Step 1 - Select Golf Course and Date - Choose your preferred golf course and playing date.
Step 2 - Submit Booking Request - Send us your booking request through the website or your preferred contact channel.
Step 3 - Availability Check with Golf Course - We check the requested tee time directly with the golf course.
Step 4 - Receive Booking Confirmation and Payment Details - Once availability is confirmed, we send you the booking confirmation and payment instructions.
Step 5 - Make Payment - Complete the payment to secure your booking.
Step 6 - Receive Final Booking Confirmation - After payment is received, we issue your final booking confirmation voucher.
